Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and carefully reviewing all final measurements before approving production.

Shutters Direct USA may offer guidance, review submitted details, and request clarification, but customer review and final approval remain required before a custom order moves into production.

If you are unsure about measurements, mount type, window depth, trim, frame style, specialty shapes, French doors, or other project details, submit photos and questions before approving your order.

Once a custom shutter order is approved for production, the shutters are made based on the approved measurements and selections.

9. Photos and Uploaded Content

If you upload photos or other files through the website, you confirm that you have the right to share those materials with Shutters Direct USA.

No custom shutter order moves into production until final details are reviewed and approved.

Before approving production, customers should carefully review all final order details, including:
